The inVisionCam product line consists of three main components: the inVisionCam, inVisionStream and the inVisionServe. This innovative system enables the simultaneous streaming and recording of audio and video. A Media Content Manager organizes stored video for viewing from any Web browser and a touch-screen interface provides user-friendly, local control of recording/playback.The inVisionServe is ‘on-demand,’ collecting recordings from the inVisionStream and making them available either as streamed feeds or as downloadable podcast files. The server can automatically generate RSS feeds so that clients can be informed of the most recent archives. inVisionServe can easily store thousands of hours of video, making it simple to view dentistry through a new lens.
Using the inVisionStream as its source, the inVisionServer allows for cost effective rebroadcast of recordings to hundreds of viewers. The inVisionServe uses industry standard streaming protocols for easy viewing.
- Stream to audiences of up to 350 users
- Streams utilize industry standard MPEG-4 or H.264 content and broadcast via RTSP or optionally RTMP protocols
- Expand capacity by adding inVisionServers to a Network or Backbone
- Simple graphical user-interface allows for browser-based management from anywhere on the network
- Multicast Tunnel from one or more inVisionStreams to an inVisionServer amplifies the available user population and maximizes broadcast quality for geographically dispersed audiences
- Flash server option provides for live and on-demand playback to Flash Media Player clients, which are widely installed on virtually all desktop, laptop and notebook PCs and other mobile players
- Anyone connected to the network can view an inVisionStream via a web browser and media player (Flash, QuickTime, Real, Windows 7 Media Player
